Fix kitchens. Get paid before you set off.

Kitchen Fixes sends you faults from London restaurants with the make, model, rating plate and photos already attached. You name your call-out price and an arrival window; if the restaurant picks you, the call-out is paid up front and lands in your Stripe account. Parts and labour are quoted and settled with the restaurant directly.

The deal

• You set your own call-out rate. The restaurant pays it with nothing added.
• Our platform fee is 15% of the call-out, taken out of it. Nothing on parts, labour, parking or congestion.
• Parking and the Congestion Charge are passed through at cost and paid to you with the call-out.
• Paid up front by card, through Stripe. No chasing invoices.
• A no-show or a missed reconfirm refunds the restaurant and records a strike. Three strikes and you're off the list.

What we check

Photo ID, public liability insurance of at least £2 million, and, where it applies, Gas Safe or F-Gas registration on the public register. London only, a few places.
