Sort My Kitchen stores the details you give us about your venue (name, postcode, contact phone and email), the equipment you add (including photos of machines and rating plates) and the faults you report. We use this to find and book an engineer for you, and for nothing else.

We share a machine's details and your contact details with an engineer only when you ask us to book a repair on it. We don't sell your data and we don't run ads.

Sign-in is handled by Clerk, data is stored with Supabase in the EU, and emails go through Resend. Rating-plate photos are read by an AI model to pre-fill the make, model and serial; the photo is not used to train anything.

You can ask us to delete your account and everything in it at any time by emailing hello@sortmykitchen.co.uk.
